Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Deposits and Holding Fees

1.1 All deposits placed, including holding deposits and service deposits, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the Dealer

1.2 A deposit secures the vehicle and or services requested by the Customer and indicates an intention to proceed with the purchase

2. Additional Services and Charges

2.1 If the Customer requests any additional services following payment of a deposit, including but not limited to vehicle servicing, cosmetic improvements, MOT, valeting, or mechanical work, the Customer agrees to be responsible for the costs of these services

2.2 If the Customer chooses not to proceed with or terminates the agreement, the Dealer is entitled to recover the cost of any such services carried out on the vehicle prior to cancellation

3. Vehicle Delivery

3.1 The Dealer aims to deliver vehicles within 14 days of the agreement being confirmed. This timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed

3.2 Any delays caused by factors outside the Dealer’s reasonable control will not constitute a breach of contract

4. Delivery Fees

4.1 Where delivery is requested, a delivery charge of £1.50 per mile will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Dealer

5. Collection and Storage of Vehicles

5.1 The Customer must collect the vehicle within 7 days of being notified that the vehicle is ready for release

5.2 If the vehicle is not collected within this period, the Dealer reserves the right to apply reasonable daily storage charges

5.3 If the Customer does not pay for and take delivery of the vehicle within 7 days of notification, the Dealer may treat the contract as cancelled

6. Cancellation and Resale of Vehicles

6.1 If the Customer cancels the contract for any reason not permitted under these Terms and Conditions, or fails to complete the purchase within the required timeframe, the Dealer reserves the right to sell the vehicle to another party

6.2 In the event of cancellation, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the deposit is non-refundable.

6.3 The Dealer will provide copies of relevant receipts for such costs upon request

7. Courtesy Vehicles

7.1 Where a courtesy vehicle is provided, the Customer must hold their own fully comprehensive insurance that covers the use of the courtesy vehicle

7.2 A charge of £40 per day will apply for the use of a courtesy vehicle unless otherwise stated in writing by the Dealer

7.3 If the Customer terminates the agreement after being provided with a courtesy vehicle, all applicable courtesy vehicle charges will remain payable

8. Website Information and Accuracy

8.1 Although the Dealer makes reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, are given that the content is complete, accurate, or current

9. Vehicle Descriptions and Images

9.1 All vehicle descriptions, specifications, and illustrations are provided for illustrative purposes only and are intended to give an approximate idea of the vehicles

9.2 Such descriptions and images do not form part of any contract and shall have no contractual force

9.3 While every effort is made to display vehicle colours accurately, the Dealer cannot guarantee that a device’s display accurately reflects the true colour of the vehicle

10. Part Exchange Valuations

10.1 Any part exchange valuations provided via this website or verbally are estimates only, based on the information supplied by the Customer

10.2 The final valuation will be agreed only after the vehicle has been physically inspected and appraised by the Dealer.
